The user can log in from any location (e.g., office, home environment, vacation destinations) and from any device (computer, laptop, mobile device); the virtual environment is always exactly the same, and the user always sees his own desktop.
All data is protected and the provider performs regular updates of the software and applications. Automated and continuous backup of data to a remote destination offers the best possible safety, even in the case of major accidents.
In case of problems or malfunctions, the provider guarantees responsive technical support, which is available six days per week from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The structure of managed services makes it possible for most problems to be solved centrally, with potential on-site service interventions carried out on the same working day.
